The Young Spirit exchange aims to build a solidarity network of young people in Cambodia, Myanmar (Burma), and Vietnam, and contribute to positive changes in the region through building capacity of youth and facilitating youth engagement in community action.

The specific objectives of the exchange are to increase space for youth to share experiences and learn alongside each other in an international environment, to strengthen the leadership skills of youth within the context of community action, and to improve the capacity of partner organizations in the field of youth engagement.
