Through this project the exchange participants in Kenya and South Africa work to promote and incorporate business skills and strategies into the cosmetology and hairdressing industry. Both organisations believe that business skills can play a critical role in helping hairdressers to maximise their earning potential. The partners emphasise that there will also be a cultural and educational exchange between the institutions that will promote development-related initiatives in the communities.
