The exchange of participants between Bangladesh, Nepal and India will deepen organisational capacity and knowledge-sharing as the partner organisations collaborate to develop training modules around sexual and reproductive health. Together, the partners will work to counter social taboos through community trainings about menstrual hygiene, puberty changes, as well as sexually transmitted infections. The expertise which has been developed through the exchange will be reflected in the individual organisations’ intervention areas to create visible change at the community level.
