The aim of this exchange project is to strengthen staff competence in traumatology and emergency care at the involved institutions in Norway, Malawi and South Africa. This is done through digital workshops, video conferences and peer coaching sessions, as well as hands-on experience and sharing of knowledge on patient care and hospital routines. The participants will work with treating trauma in the fields of emergency care, radiology and physiotherapy.
