How can dialogue be used as a tool to handle work-related conflicts?

Exactly this will be the base of this 3-hour participatory webinar. As in all Norec trainings, participants can expect a participatory webinar where we will focus on the three basic principles of dialogue, where active listening is a key element. We will look at the differences between a debate and dialogue and also touch upon how conflict can be a driving force for positive change. In addition, we will present a tool that can be part of analysing a conflict situation in order to understand it better and also see how you can navigate the conflict.
