This guidance primarily targets those working with aid. Norec has 47 competent employees with high expertise and a large network of partners from 25 countries. We also have a network of former participants, which as of 2024 consists of more than 1700 individuals from approximately 50 countries – all of whom have worked on various sustainability challenges across different sectors, transcending national and cultural boundaries.

We utilize both our own expertise and that of our network to tailor a program relevant to the challenges your organization faces. With 60 years of experience in conducting outbound and return courses, we can also deliver a range of other customized thematic programs for actors dealing with intercultural challenges and cross-border partnerships.

Our courses are conducted either physically or digitally. They are free, but you’ll need to cover any travel expenses to and from the course location.
