In partnership between two IT-businesses in Uganda and Norway, this project focuses on the training and development of young professionals, providing them with technical knowledge and project management experience. By building local competency and bridging the gap between theory-focused education and actual practical work experience, the companies will work together to strengthen the IT-sector in each country. The exchange participants will work on diverse subjects depending on their qualifications, for example developing applications that will increase access to financial services for target groups that cannot afford these services.
